How to prepare your phone to be donated
before donating a phone, please factory reset the phone to ensure all personal data is wiped.
Additional items you can include
Phone’s are wonderful but they need charging! Please if possible include a charger along with the phone and any other phone accessories you are not using. This will help greatly and is very appreciated.
